Where is the database on Android located?

The database on Android devices is located in the following directory:

/data/data/com.stickypassword.android/app_media/

However the acces to this directory is possible only on so called „rooted“ devices which is a bit more power-user kind of thing and definitely not a recommended standard approach (it could also lead to the mobile phone warranty void).

Please be aware of the fact that we have also added an option "Import Database" into the Settings so that the user can import an existing database from desktop application (Win) manually. This is because some users want to stay offline and synchronize manually. However - for this feature you will need to have a file manager installed (for example Astro File Manager) - the file manager helps you to locate the database file on your device (e.g. on memory card) and import it to Sticky Password.
