Sticky Password informs me that my License Key is invalid, what should I do?

Make sure that your License Key is valid for the version of Sticky Password that is installed on your computer. You can find the info about your version in the Sticky Password system tray menu - Help - About Sticky Password.

If you have the correct version of Sticky Password installed on your computer, please check:

  1. That you are inserting the License Key correctly - the best way is to ‘Copy and Paste’. Also check that you’ve entered the License Key correctly. Characters that are confused with one another are: 0 (zero) and O; l (lowercase “L”) and I (uppercase “i”).
  2. If you are activating Sticky Password Premium, make sure to create your online StickyAccount and to be connected to the cloud before inserting the License Key!
