Direct transfer lets you move your passwords and other saved items from another password manager to Sticky Password on your Android device without creating a CSV export file. This method uses secure app-to-app transfer and confirms the action with your device screen lock, such as PIN, fingerprint, or face unlock. Availability depends on the password manager you are importing from. If your current password manager is not available as a source, use the CSV import method instead.
Direct transfer works only with password managers that support this feature on Android.
Some password managers already support or have announced support for direct transfer on Android, including Dashlane, 1Password, and Bitwarden. Other password managers, such as Google Password Manager and Samsung Pass, are working on or testing support.
You may need the latest version of Android and the latest version of both apps.
If your current password manager is not shown as an available source, direct transfer is not available from that app on your device. Use the CSV import method instead.
Your selected items will be imported into Sticky Password. The original entries remain in your previous password manager until you delete them manually.
Direct transfer requires support from both apps. If your current password manager does not appear as an available source, import your passwords using a CSV file instead.
After importing from a CSV file, delete the CSV file from your device because it may contain your passwords in readable form.
