How to export your data from Bitdefender

Before you can import your data into Sticky Password, you need to export it from Bitdefender Password Manager as a CSV file.

Choose CSV as the export format

Bitdefender Password Manager may offer more than one export option. To import your data into Sticky Password, export it in CSV format.

Follow Bitdefender’s export instructions

Bitdefender maintains the latest export instructions in its support center. Open the Bitdefender help article for your platform and follow the steps to export your data as a CSV file.

Keep your exported file safe

CSV export files are not encrypted, which means anyone who can open the file can read your stored data.

To protect your information:

  • Export only on a trusted device.
  • Import the file into Sticky Password right away.
  • Delete the exported file and any backup copies after the import is finished.

Continue to Sticky Password

Once you have exported your data as a CSV file, return to Sticky Password and follow the import instructions for your platform.
