Official Microsoft guide: Export passwords in Microsoft Edge

Mobile limitation

Microsoft says it is not possible to export saved passwords from Edge for Android or iOS. If your passwords are in Edge on mobile, sign in to Edge on a desktop computer with the same account and export them there.

Important security note

Passwords exported to a CSV file are not protected and will be visible to anyone who can access the file.

For your security:

  • export only on a trusted device
  • import into Sticky Password as soon as possible
  • delete the CSV file after the import is complete

Microsoft specifically recommends erasing the exported CSV file after use, including using Shift+Delete for permanent deletion on Windows.

Next step

After exporting your passwords from Microsoft Edge, return to Sticky Password and follow the import instructions.
