Quick Access to your Favorites

Windows

The Quick Access tab in Sticky Password gives you instant access to your most-used items. Quickly launch Accounts, open Bookmarks, and view Secure Memos — all from one convenient place, without searching through your vault.

Sticky Password automatically shows your most-used websites and items in the Quick Access tab, making everyday access fast and easy.

You can also mark websites, App Accounts, Bookmarks, and Secure Memos as favorites, so they always appear in your Quick Access tab for instant access.

The Quick Access tab displays websites and applications that you have recently launched using Sticky Password. If you visit a website directly in your browser, or open an app outside of Sticky Password, it will not appear in the Quick Access list unless it was accessed through Sticky Password itself.

Where can I find the Quick Access tab?

Open the Sticky Password main window.

The Quick Access tab is located at the top of the left side panel in Sticky Password. When you start using it for the first time, it will be empty and ready for you to add your favorite items. In this tutorial, we’ll start with a clean slate to show you how it works.

There are two convenient ways for flagging Accounts, Bookmarks and Secure Memo as favorites.

  1. The first way is automatic. Sticky Password identifies the websites and accounts you use most often and adds those you have recently launched through the app to your Quick Access list. For example, if you use your Facebook account frequently, it will automatically appear in your Quick Access tab. Website account displayed in the Quick Access section of Sticky Password
  2. The second way is to add items manually. Mark websites, App Accounts, Bookmarks, and Secure Memos as Favorites by selecting the item, clicking the pencil icon, and choosing Make Favorite to add it to your Quick Access tab. Delete option for a web account in the Sticky Password desktop app

When you flag an account manually, a small yellow star appears next to your new Favorite Account.

Removing a Favorite tag from an Account

You can remove the Favorite tag whenever you want. This works for all items in the Quick Access tab, including Accounts, Bookmarks, and Secure Memos added automatically or manually.

  1. Click on the Quick Access tab.
  2. Select the Account you want to remove from Favorites.
  3. Click the pencil symbol and select Remove from favorites. Remove a favorite account from Quick Access in Sticky Password

Now, you can quickly launch your Favorite Accounts, Bookmarks, and Secure Memos directly from the Sticky Password icon in your favorite browser,
