I cannot login to my StickyAccount, what should I do?

When signing in to your StickyAccount at my.stickypassword.com:

  1. Make sure that you are inserting the correct StickyID (e-mail) address that you used when you created your StickyAccount during installation of Sticky Password.
  2. Make sure that you are inserting the Master Password in correct form.

If you try to connect a new device to your existing StickyAccount:

  1. Make sure that you are inserting the correct StickyID (e-mail) address that you used when you created your StickyAccount during installation of Sticky Password.
  2. Make sure that you are inserting the Master Password in correct form.
  3. If Sticky Password displays a sync error, please contact our customer support with the error code.
  4. If you will have further problems, please contact our customer support.
