When signing in to your StickyAccount at my.stickypassword.com:
- Make sure that you are inserting the correct StickyID (e-mail) address that you used when you created your StickyAccount during installation of Sticky Password.
- Make sure that you are inserting the Master Password in correct form.
If you try to connect a new device to your existing StickyAccount:
- Make sure that you are inserting the correct StickyID (e-mail) address that you used when you created your StickyAccount during installation of Sticky Password.
- Make sure that you are inserting the Master Password in correct form.
- If Sticky Password displays a sync error, please contact our customer support with the error code.
