This message appears when you’re trying to activate a license that your StickyAccount is not eligible to use. This can happen in a few specific cases, depending on your current or past license history.
Below are all the possible reasons and explanations.
Why it happens:
The Lifetime license gives you full access to Sticky Password without expiration. Once a Lifetime license is active in your StickyAccount, you cannot activate another personal license over it (e.g. Promo, Annual, or another Lifetime).
How to resolve:
You’re already fully licensed. If you’re joining a Sticky Password Teams account, the Teams license can still be activated. For any other license types, no activation is needed or possible.
Why it happens:
Promo licenses, which are available through our special promotion partners, are limited to one-time use per StickyAccount. Your account may be ineligible for one of the following reasons:
How to resolve:
To continue using Premium, you’ll need to activate a standard paid license (Annual, Lifetime or Teams).
Why it happens:
Teams licenses are managed by an administrator. When your StickyAccount is part of a Teams license, you cannot activate any other license type (Annual, Lifetime, Promo) independently.
How to resolve:
The team administrator must remove you from the Teams license. Once your StickyAccount is no longer part of the team, you can activate a personal license.
